Most hill-station hotels ask you to go looking for the view — a walk to a terrace, a lucky room on a lucky floor. The Forest Bliss was built the other way round: the view came first, and the rooms were built to frame it. Every window is placed to look out onto the forested hillside around Kachhi Ghati, so the outlook is simply part of staying here.
Our name is also our promise — a calm, comfortable space that lets the surroundings do the talking.

We chose Kachhi Ghati for what surrounds it — set near Sankat Mochan, wrapped in forest, and a step removed from the noise of Shimla's busier stretches. It's a neighbourhood that still feels like the hills, even though the centre of town is close by whenever you want it.
It's also a practical choice: quiet enough to actually enjoy the view we built the property around, with private on-site parking so getting here doesn't mean circling for a spot.
The building rises up the hillside in tiers, with balconies and large windows at every level to catch the view from as many angles as possible. Inside, warm wood panelling, arched niches, and soft cove lighting keep the interiors calm rather than clinical — modern, but never cold.
Marble-look flooring, framed mountain artwork, and quiet detailing like hand-moulded ceiling medallions in the Premium Room carry the same idea throughout: a contemporary build with a soft, mountain-facing character.
